Initial communication and arranging a test drive was excellent and very easy. Staff were very helpful, talked through all available options and purchase was simple. Car developed a fault due to supplier fitting incorrect battery and they replaced and fitted the battery within 24hrs of being told. Top class.

Bought a car from them and spent hundreds fixing it within a week. Caliper was bad, brakes were worn, coolant leaking, and the door doesn’t lock properly. The 3-month warranty? Completely worthless. When I contacted them, they didn’t care at all. No empathy, no help. Just a horrible experience. Read the other bad reviews, they’re accurate. This place is dishonest and should be shut down. I wish I could give zero star.

UnprofessionalAbsolutely shocking experience – avoid this company at all costs.What started off as a seemingly straightforward purchase turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was misled about the condition and key details of the vehicle, and once the money was handed over, their attitude changed instantly. Any issues I raised were ignored, dismissed, or met with excuses. They argued with the two mechanic reports i submitted to them even though the report was the very next day after I got the car.When I requested a refund, I was told it would be dragged out “as long as possible,” which says everything about how this business operates. .The most disturbing part of this experience was the behaviour of the owner. Instead of handling things professionally he behaved like a child. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from here to carefully read through the genuine 1-star reviews, as they paint a much more accurate picture of how customers are actually treated.If you do decide to deal with this company, do not be intimidated by aggressive behaviour.. Make sure you know your rights.This company shows zero accountability, zero professionalism, and no respect for its customers. I’ve been left out of pocket, stressed, and completely disrespected.I strongly urge anyone considering buying from here to stay well away. There are plenty of honest dealers out there – this is not one of them.

Thank you for your review. We strongly dispute the claims made. You travelled from Southampton to Leicester to view and collect the vehicle, a 2007 car with 107,000 miles, and were given full opportunity to inspect and test it before choosing to proceed. The age and mileage were clearly reflected in both the condition and price. The vehicle was then driven a significant distance back to Southampton, with no issues raised at the point of sale. Concerns were only brought to our attention the following day, along with independent mechanic reports. These were reviewed; however, we did not agree with the conclusions presented, particularly given the distance driven and the age of the vehicle. During discussions, you indicated that you would pursue the matter through the small claims court if it was not resolved within your requested timeframe. In response, and in an effort to resolve matters quickly and avoid a prolonged dispute for both parties, we proposed collecting the vehicle and issuing a full refund. This was carried out at no cost to you, and without any admission of liability, to ensure you were not left out of pocket and to bring the matter to a prompt conclusion. We categorically deny any suggestion that you were misled or that we acted unprofessionally. At all times, we acted in accordance with our legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In light of the above, we do not recognise the portrayal of our business in this review. We remain committed to treating all customers fairly and resolving issues responsibly.

Bought a car from them recently which was a good experience. Had the car over 2 months and done over 1000miles in it no issues so far. All our demands were meet with the car. We asked a motorway drive which they did not refuse. Been to other garages who only took us around the area. The only thing that could be better was the price which they did not give us a bigger discount on.
